Before installation
A ten-minute bathroom check can prevent a failed appointment.
Smart toilets combine plumbing, electricity, sensors, and precise fixture dimensions. Confirming the basics early makes the installation faster and more predictable.

Measure the rough-in. Measure from the finished wall, not the baseboard, to the center of the floor bolts.

Confirm safe power. Verify a nearby 120V / 60Hz GFCI-protected outlet positioned for the selected model.

Check water access. Make sure the shutoff valve operates and leaves enough clearance for the toilet and connector.

Plan delivery access. Check doors, stairs, turns, and floor protection. Two-person handling is recommended.
